Our Methodology for Project Implementation
Analysis: In this phase our consultant will be stationed on the client premises and would conduct a detailed analysis on the requirements of the clients in the areas of technology, business requirements, user interface, etc, and the goals they need to achieve.
Design: During this RAJ Consultants will prepare a detailed screen wise Final Design Document (FDD) based on the requirements captured from the Client during Analysis phase. On approval of the Client, the Final Design Document is signed off. Once the design is frozen, functional test cases/scenarios are prepared by the client and reviewed by RAJ and the same shall be a part of the Final Design Document.
Development and Integration: The Project Manager divides the project into multiple functional areas such as:
(a) Business Logic Development
(b) Database Development
(c) Backend and Integration
(d) User Interface Design.
These are further divided into modules and assigned to team members.

- RAJ's Offshore Development Center has well established compliant practices, processes and procedures. The quality system is designed for continuous improvement and for tailoring. We realize that processes have to be customized based on the nature of tasks and the need to work seamlessly with our customers' quality systems
